Trevor Villa Barn is proud to be able to provide customers with a delightful hot fork buffet selection. Our Hot Fork buffets are prepared with the finest fresh ingredients, beautifully presented and generously portioned. This type of buffet catering is a popular option for those seeking a less formal style of dining. This makes them perfect for wedding receptions, corporate events and private parties.

Our list below is for your guidance and we will always be happy to tailor the menu to your specification.

Hot Meat Course A

  • Beef, wild mushroom and kidney ragout
  • Thai red chicken curry (med)
